Answers to some common questions

Isn't my repair too small to bother with?
Unlikely, as any damage usually results in accelerated corrosion to the underlying structure. It makes sense to repair small items of damage as soon as possible before they become a bigger issue.

Will I get a guarantee for my work?
Yes, of course. Most of the work we do carries a warranty that matches the original manufacturer. Ask us for details when you get your quote.

Can you provide me with a courtesy car while mine is being repaired?
Yes. If you're making an insurance claim the cost may well be covered by your insurance policy, but for private work we may sometimes make a nominal charge. However, as we turn the work around so quickly you may find you do not need one!

My plastic bumper is cracked. Do I have to pay for a brand new one?
Not necessarily. Using the latest repair techniques, we can often make 'smart repairs' to your bumper, so saving the cost of new parts
