If PMC repair my car instead of a Main Dealer, will it affect the car’s Warranty?
No. We use original manufacturer’s parts and paint and all our team are fully accredited so your Warranty is safe.

Will the repair be guaranteed?
Yes, a full manufacture parts & paint guarantee is supplied.

Is my repair too small to bother with?
No. Any damage will result in accelerated corrosion to the underlying structure, so it’s important to repair small items of damage as soon as possible before they become a bigger issue.

Can you provide me with a courtesy car while mine is being repaired?
Yes. If you're making an insurance claim the cost may well be covered by your insurance policy, but for private work we may sometimes make a nominal charge. However, as we turn the work around so quickly you may find you do not need one!

My plastic bumper is cracked. Do I have to pay for a brand new one?
Using the latest repair techniques, we can often make “smart repairs” a cost effective solution to small damaged areas,  ie bumper & wheel scuffs, small dents.

How long will I be without my car?
At PMC we are industry leading in the area of cycle time, with most repairs being carried out in 48 hours. Sometimes the same day, or even while you wait!!!!
