Whether you want to repair your car without going through your Insurance Company - and avoid the possible loss of your no-claims bonus - or you intend to claim through your Insurance Company (whether the accident was your fault or someone else's), you can be assured that PMC will offer you the very best repair service, with fully warranted, rapid-turnaround repairs to cause you the minimum inconvenience.

Non-Insurance Repair

Had an accident but don’t want to make a claim? Maybe you think the repair cost could be less than your excess or you don’t want to lose your precious no-claims discount? 
 
PMC can deal with the smallest to the largest repairs and, using the latest technology, we can usually repair your vehicle within 48 hours for less than you might expect. We'll even clean the car, and make sure that the existing paintwork is heated and polished to make the new work blend perfectly.
 
And if you need a courtesy car in the meantime, we have an extensive fleet for you to choose from.

Non Fault / Fault Insurance Claim

If you’ve been involved in an accident simply call in any time between 8 am and 5pm for a free estimate.
 
You will then need to register your claim with your Insurer and obtain your “claim reference number”. It is important you inform your Insurer that you have already chosen PMC as your repairer. You are fully entitled to do this, you do not have to accept their recommendation. It is, after all, your car.
 
Once your claim is registered, you can leave the rest to us. We will fast-track your claim with the
insurance company and will call you as soon as it is authorised to arrange a date and time when it is convenient to pick up the vehicle.
